Parents and Guardians. Teens must have a signed van permission slip (REC Room Van Transportation Permission Slip_HMS_M-F) as well as a filled-out sign-up sheet. (REC Room Vantastic Sign Up Sheets (2)) Please email signed forms to Sierra at [email protected]
Y’all! We are going across the bay this Wednesday, August 31st.

Please have your forms filled out in order to attend. You or your guardian can find them on our website at kbfpc-teenhealth.org.
You will not be able to go if you don’t have a signed form from a guardian. No form is needed if you are 18.
Details about the trip:
Depart the rec 4:15-4:20
Depart the dock at 4:30-4:45
Return to land at 6 pm
Drive back to the REC Room
Safety: Life jackets are required and supplied.
Location: We will be going to Haystack Rock/Gull island and doing a small beach combing venture.
What you need: waterproof gear or clothing and boots! If you have gear, we have a few raincoats to share.
Snacks and water are provided by the REC.
You can reach out to me directly if you have any questions (707-223-4939) while we’re out on the water. We will be taking a Mako taxi with experienced Capt’n Curt! If you cannot get ahold of Sierra please contact Makos.
